So, I was on my way to buy milk today and oops…I’m in Selfridges. Browsing quite innocently and oh dear….I have accidentally (on purpose) fallen in love with a Max Mara trench. Straight away I know it would be perfect for me. So beautifully crafted! Not too long (most important factor for me and my little legs). Tweedish pattern, but not actually tweed (all the beauty but none of the scratchy weight). I love the wonky button that jars the coat. Without question my favourite trench of the year. I might go back tomorrow to check that I didn’t dream it. I just hope I pass a money-tree on my way.
