I often find myself scouring youtube for live footage of Bob Marley. I can’t help it. It’s like it’s my default setting. Bob-moving-in-real-life-SEARCH. That’s what I’ve just found myself doing, on this, a treasured evening off. I’ve probably seen all there is to see, but I always hope I’ll stumble across something new. And if I don’t, I’ll make do with what’s there (well, it’s hardly making do, is it?). Here’s a favourite for your viewing pleasure. His voice is as good as ever. I love the headphones, the fact that he’s sitting down, and what he’s wearing. I’ll always love the way he moves. Notice the way the camera pans from feet to head, at about 1:30.
